A lot of our customers — especially families with kids — ask for hypoallergenic and fragrance-free detergents. If your skin flares up easily, we totally get it. That’s why we stock dermatologist-recommended options that clean well without irritating sensitive skin.
NYC might be busy, but that doesn’t mean your laundry has to be hard on the environment. If you're trying to cut down on waste or chemicals, we’ve got biodegradable, dye-free detergents available — just let us know in your order notes.
If you're using your own high-efficiency washer, make sure to use detergent marked “HE.” It’s designed to reduce residue and help your machine last longer.
And if you're using Sweet Potato Laundry, don’t worry — we already use HE detergents in all our commercial machines, so your stuff stays clean without gunking up the works.
For tough spots — think red wine, city street grime, or gym clothes — enzymes are your best friend. We use commercial-grade detergents that go hard on stains but treat your fabrics like they matter (because they do).
